Villanueva joins groundbreaking activities at Ciudad de Victoria interchange in Bocaue, and new site of municipal hall in Balagtas town: Senator Joel Villanueva graced the groundbreaking ceremony of the Ciudad de Victoria interchange in Bocaue, Bulacan, one of three infrastructure projects that includes roads which he described as a catalyst to spur economic development in the town. "Bilang anak ng Bocaue, masayang-masaya po tayo sa bagong proyektong ito. Ito po ang magsisilbing daan sa mas matatag na kaunlaran sa bayan ng Bocaue at mga karatig na mga munisipyo dito sa lalawigan ng Bulacan," Villanueva said.
