Improving rice productivity and mechanization: Sen. Cynthia Villar, also director of Villar SIPAG, together with officials and representatives from the Department of Agriculture (DA), Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), TESDA,PHILMECH, PHILRICE and ATI, signed a memorandum of agreement (MOA) during the launching of “Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Program.” at the Villar Farm School in Cavife. John Castriciones and DAR Former USEC Rosalina Bistoyong signed the memo to boost rice productivity and mechanization.
