DECAL OR RFID?: Senator JV Ejercito listens to the sentiments aired by various motorcycle clubs against the new law on double and bigger license plates, also known as the “Motorcycle Crime Prevention Act” or RA 11235. Ejercito, an avid motorcycle rider, vowed to push for either a decal/sticker or the use of an RFID (radio frequency identification) to carry the details on the license plate.
