Drilon on the 2019 National Budget: Senate Minority Leader Franklin Drilon says during the Kapihan sa Senado Thursday, 4 April 2019, that President Duterte has no choice but to veto the P75 billion worth of pork barrel funds which was illegally inserted in the 2019 national budget. “The certification of Senate President Vicente Sotto III is clearly limited only to the items which were approved in the Bicameral Conference Committee by both Houses of Congress.
