Villar at the Wreath-Laying rites in Calamba: Re-elected Sen. Cynthia A. Villar and Philippine Army Brig. Gen Arnulfo Marcelo Burgos Jr. lead the wreath-laying before the 22-feet bronze statue of Dr. Jose Rizal in Calamba, Laguna. The ceremony was observance of the 158 birth anniversary yesterday of the Philippines’ national hero.
