Villar puts high premium on honesty and integrity: Speaking during the PUP Accountancy Week, Senator Cynthia A. Villar tells would-be accountants that honest management of financial resources contributes not only to the efficiency or success of the operations of a business or company but also to the government’s thrust of efficiency and transparency. She says honesty and integrity should be a personal commitment of everybody. The senator was the Guest of Honor during the event of the PUP-College of Accountancy Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants.
