Jose V. Balajadia Jr., receives a resolution passed by the senators Wednesday honoring their father. Balajadia was instrumental in keeping discipline, security and enforcing the laws in the Senate, in all its affairs including celebrated committee hearings, notably in the Blue Ribbon Committee and several controversial political events that transpired in the upper chamber.
