‘Corrupt officials deserve special suite in hell’: Sen. Panfilo Lacson, in a privileged speech he delivered Monday, July 29, bares another alleged “conflict of interest” case involving Health Secretary Francisco Duque. Lacson said Duque’s family-owned drug company Doctors Pharmaceuticals Inc. bagged two contracts from the DOH in 2017. “Corrupt public officials have no place on earth.
