Villar speaks on achieveing goals before toastmasters: Instead of treating obstacles and challenges as stumbling blocks, treat them as buiding blocks, said Sen. Cynthia Villar during the 4th Induction and Handover Ceremonies of the Ortigas Center Toastmaster Club. Villar said she used this principle to achieve success in all her programs and advocacies. She also reminded everyone that the realization of goals will not be handed on a silver platter. “We should be determined and persistent enough to see the full implementation of our ideas and concepts,” Villar said in her keynote address.
