Drilon questions PAO’s forensic lab budget: Senate Minority Leader Franklin M. Drilon, during Monday night’s budget hearing, questions the proposed P19.5 million funding in the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) budget next year for the creation of the Public Attorney’s Office (PAO) forensic laboratory saying that it’s a clear duplication of functions of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) and the Philippine National Police (PNP).
