Senate SSEAYP participants: Senators led by Senate President Vicente Sotto III (center) present Senate Resolution No. 141 to the Filipino youth delegation who will join the 46th Ship for Southeast Asian and Japanese Youth Program (SSEAYP), a joint program between Japan and members of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) established to promote friendship, mutual understanding and leadership among the participants. Sen. Juan Edgardo “Sonny” Angara (3rd from right), who introduced the resolution, said the Senate had honored and commended the participants for being model citizens in their respective communities.
