Sotto presides over debate on climate change at IPU: Senate President Vicente Sotto III presides over a debate on a resolution drafted by the Inter-Parliamentary Group of India addressing climate change during the 141st Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) Assembly held in Belgrade, Serbia from Oct. 13 to 17. Sotto was the first Filipino parliamentarian to chair a debate on an Emergency Item.
