Grand Champion!: Retired Seaman Elmer B. Fernandez won the House and Lot from Lessandra by Camella in the 9th OFW and Family Summit, sponsored by the Villar Family through is foundation- the Villar SIPAG. Fernandez thanked Sen. Cynthia Villar and former Senate President Manny Villar for holding the annual summit to help OFWs make wise investments of their hard-earned money.
