Villar on CARP extension bill:

(This bill extending the CARP) is still in the committee level, and as a policy in the Senate, I am relying on our committee chairman on this. It is important for lobbyists of the measure to talk with the committee chairman for an eventual decision, considering that a number of senators want an explanation of where the funds actually went before approving the measure. As for the other senators, they want the bill approved, without need for accounting of past funds.

(Special session?) If this is what the senators want, there is no problem, however, we need the cooperation of the government regarding information being required by senators and congressmen.
