The joint venture of Balikatan Housing Corporation with Deutchebank and NHMFC should answer relative to the violation of the constitution - the SPAV law where when a corporation will buy land ownership should be 60% owned by Filipino nationals and only 40% owned by foreign investors. Dito maliwanag Deutch Bank owns 51 % of the equity of the joint corporation, another 5% is owned by an international entity so the Filipino ownership is 44%, so this is a violation of the law and the constitution.

Yung low cost housing, of the 53,000 units, na convert na to meduium cost housing dahil ang sinisingil na nilang interest ay 14% duon sa bumili ng mga bahay na iyon, eh maliwanag ang batas, kung socialized housing 6% lang ang interest, kung low cost housing eh 9% lang ang interest...so kung ang mga ito ay hindi makabayad ng 6% and 9% interest paano pa sila makakabayad ng 14% so ang mangyayari diyan ay foreclosre, ang ibig sabihin - MARAMING MAWAWALAN NG BAHAY!
