Transcript of interview with Senator Sotto

Sotto: The decision is to deny the motion, to suppress the documents and evidence that has already been presented, that's one, the other is, to consider the fact that Atty. Aguirre has already withdrawn and resigned, therefore, an admonition would be sufficed.

Sotto: That is a suggestion. The suggestion is to do a morning and afternoon trials but only if the defense will be finished before March 23, therefore, the Senate President will be discussing it with both parties to find out if they will be able to finish it before March 23 because if they will not, we might as well continue with the current afternoon schedule lang, dahil bakit pa magmo-morning and afternoon kung hindi rin lang kayang tapusin before Holy Week.

Sotto: Let it lay, until something comes along. May mga let go situation.

Q: The court will not wait?

Sotto: Oo! We will not wait for any decision.

The decision has been made unless something new comes up.

Sotto: This week. They will be called before Friday.

Sotto: 2 or 3 minutes.
