SP: Hindi ko muna tatalakayin 'yun because we are hearing the case.

Q: Sir, wala bang irregular sa dami ng...

SP: I cannot comment. I would rather not say anything.

Q: Sir, kahapon walang nag-raise kung authorized ng Supreme Court 'yung pagharap ng isang empleyado. Ang assumption, sir, ba ng Senate ay may approval 'yun ng Supreme Court?

SP: Res ipsa loquitur. The thing speaks for itself. They did not say anything so we assumed they authorized it.

Q: Hindi ba unfair, sir, kasi 'yung sa defense pinayagan, sa prosec hindi pinayagan?

SP: May rules sila so they know what they're doing. I don't want to comment about other departments in the government. We are trying a case. Let it be.
