Marcos senate office conducts own relief
operations for South Luzon monsoon victims

The Office of Senator Ferdinand "Bongbong" R. Marcos, Jr. ("OS Marcos") morphed into a virtual non-stop factory production line preparing for massive deliveries when it mobilized for emergency relief operations following the onslaught of the "nameless" monsoon rains of the past week. The OS Marcos trained its sights on the hardest-hit communities from Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal.

During the operations on August 11 and 12, a total of 1,822 families from 11 local government units benefited from emergency relief packs, courtesy of the Senator's Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) and donations from generous individuals and companies.

"Doff my hat to all my staff who labored through night so we could bring relief goods to Rodriguez, Rizal yesterday and to Laguna towns. They are indefatigable," @bongbongmarcos proudly tweeted.

OS Marcos plans to conduct further relief operations as they await substantial donation pledges from its generous sponsors and supporters
