SP: Oo.

Q: Sir, mas madali bang ipasa yun kesa RH?

SP: Wala kaming problema sa FOI eh. Ipinasa namin nung araw yan eh.

Q: So, sir pwede pong kung wala pong interpellation after ng sponsorship nila...

SP: Kung certified. Kung certified.

Q: Kung walang interpellation, walang amendments, pwede pong second reading ngayon?

SP: Oo, pwede yun. Ewan ko kung kwan... wala akong question eh. Yung right of reply ewan ko kung sinama nila.

Q: Hindi daw po. Separate daw po. Sabi po ni Senator Honasan hindi daw po. Taken separately.

SP: Ah, ok.

Q: Sir, kung walang right of reply, all the more na mas madali po sya?

SP: Oo. Okay lang sa akin. Dahil unfair naman. 'Pag may right of reply, mapupuno yung peryodiko ng reply, mga radio

Q: Sir sa issues ng national security sa FOI.

SP: Depende kung national security. That's open to discussion, unless you reveal a classified document. If you reveal a classified document that really is sensitive to the state.....I used to handle classified documents eh.

Q: Sir, yung RH po, may amendments kayo sir?

SP: Meron. Meron pa.

Q: So, matatapos yung 11 ninyo ngayon or...

SP: Ah, na-reduce na yung akin to I think only 5. And then of course, I would like to read into the record yung intention ng Constitutional Commission dahil yung aking definition of "when life begins" eh, nadoon pala sa Constitutional Commission. Pinag-usapan nila yun. I want to put that into the record in this proceeding because I think what we are approving, if we will approve it, without my amendment will be unconstitutional. I intend to raise it to the Supreme Court.
