TG AMBUSH INTERVIEW

Q: Sir, paano i-address 'yong fundings for next year?

TG: Well, definitely, that has to be looked into, tulad ng Securities and Exchange Commission, nakita naman natin sa hearing na 25,000 NGOs are being monitored by eight people. 'Yan lang ang kaya ng budget nila. So, how do you expect eight people to monitor properly 25,000 NGOs? The other idea is for another entity to accredit NGOs that will deal with the government. Those NGO's that will not deal with government will not be accredited.

Q: Sir, what will happen next? Magkakaroon ba ng ibang hearing?

TG: We will be moving to the Malampaya hearings because the NGOs of Janet Lim Napoles are also involved and then after that we will also go to other NGO's.

Q: Sir, will you be calling Napoles?

TG: I don't want to answer that yet but we will definitely do so if there is a need.

Q: Sir, what are the agencies you are eyeing to invite to the Malampaya hearings?

TG: We can't answer that yet. We are still studying the Malampaya.
