More than the violation of this law, inter-parliamentary courtesies and fairness dictate that we respect the rights and dignity of our fellow men, especially women.

I urge our colleagues in Congress to heed our call for inter-parliamentary courtesy and be respectful at all times in our quest for truth and justice.

Let this august body remain the stalwarts of decency, reason, empathy, compassion and everything that we have sworn to do and protect to make humanity thrive.

We are waging a war against drugs and criminality, not against our women and especially not against our very own humanity.

After all, we are men.
