LIBERAL SENATORS TO GOVT: CRITICISM IS NOT DESTABILIZATION

Liberal senators criticized the administration for continually insisting that the party has a plan to destabilize government.

Francis Pangilinan.

Sen. Bam Aquino said top government officials should stop floating news about destabilization as the Armed Force of the Philippines (AFP) already declared that it has monitored no moves to oust President Duterte from his post.

Bam.

Sen. Franklin Drilon said the administration should be open to criticisms and use these to improve governance and not consider them as destabilization moves.

"The administration needs to learn to take criticisms as these can also help improve ways of running the country," said Drilon.

On Thursday, President Duterte urged his critics, like the Partido Liberal and the communist group, to band together and form a single group against him.
