RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE SENATE COMMITTEE ON WOMEN, CHILDREN, FAMILY RELATIONS AND GENDER EQUALITY TO CONDUCT AN INQUIRY, IN AID OF LEGISLATION, ON THE CONTINUED PROLIFERATION AND RISING INCIDENCE OF CHILD CYBERSEX ABUSE IN THE PHILIPPINES, DESPITE EXISTING LAWS, WITH THE END IN VIEW OF ENSURING THAT THE WELFARE OF THE FILIPINO YOUTH AND CHILDREN ARE PROTECTED THROUGH POSSIBLE LEGISLATION INCREASING OUR CAPABILITY TO DETECT AND TRACK OFFENDERS, IMPROVING OUR COORDINATION EFFORTS WITH FOREIGN LAW ENFOCEMENT, AND HELPING IMPROVE LIVING CONDITIONS IN AREAS THAT ARE MOST VULNERABLE TO CHILD CYBERSEX ABUSE
