ALAN CAYETANO : Senate Majority Leader Alan Peter Cayetano tells reporters during the Kapihan sa Senado Thursday, March 26, 2015, that the report of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) on the Mamasapano incident can be used as proof that they coddled terrorists Zulkifli bin Hir alias Marwan and Abdul Basit Usman. “In some interviews, the MILF said they are not terrorists and they never coddle these elements.
