PREPARING THE CCS FOR INITIALIZATION: Senate Secretary Oscar G. Yabes affixes his signature to the sealed box containing the tokens and passwords to be used for the initialization of the Consolidation and Canvassing System (CCS) which will be conducted by Senate President Franklin M. Drilon at 5 pm Monday, May 9, 2016 at the plenary hall of the House of Representatives in Quezon City.The CCS machine will be guarded by personnel from the Office of the Senate Sergeant-at-Arms.
