TACKLING VAT PROVISIONS UNDER HORS TRAIN BILL: Senator Sonny Angara, chairman of the Senate Committee on Ways and Means, led the hearing tackling provisions that aim to expand the VAT base under House Bill 5636 or the Tax Reform Bill for Acceleration and Inclusion (TRAIn).
