5th Singapore Dialogue : Senator Loren Legarda said she believes that the ASEAN is on the right track in terms of transitioning towards a low-carbon economy. Speaking at the 5th Singapore Dialogue on Sustainable World Resources (SDSWR), Legarda said that in order to speed up the green growth of ASEAN countries, “we need to craft policies; make science, technology and innovation work for us; attract investments and access available climate finance; and there should be exchange of information and best practices between and among ASEAN countries.”
