Housing for tondo informal settlers: Speaking during the Hugpong ng Pagbabago campaign caravan in San Andres, Manila, reelectionist Sen. Cynthia A. Villar says 2,200 units in 37 low-rise condo will be given to informal settlers from Parola and Isla Puting Bato. She promises to give livelihood projects to these residents once they have settled themselves in the relocation site. Known as “Misis Hanepbuhay,” one of the advocacies of the senator is to give jobs and livelihood opportunities to help our poor countrymen improve their lives.
