Coco levy trust fund: Sen. Cynthia Villar, chairman of the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Food and Agrarian reform, commences its public hearing on the proposals to create a P100-billion trust fund for coconut farmers and reconstitute the Philippine Coconut Authority.
