Villar cites PH competitiveness in cacao: Senate committee on agriculture chairperson Sen. Cynthia Villar calls to all stakeholders in the cacao industry to enhance and strengthen further it despite its competitiveness. On top of improving their production, she says cacao farmers can also venture into agri-entrepreneurship, agri-tourism, and agri-related training by establishing their own farm school or learning center, specializing in cacao. The senator was the Guest Speaker during the Agricultural Training Institute Region IV and Villar SIPAG opening program for training on cacao held in Villar Sipag Farm School, Bacoor Cavite.
