PERSONAL CIRCUMSTANCES:

Born on November 28, 1945, in Iloilo City, to Cesar M. Drilon, Sr. and Primitiva M. Drilon, both deceased. He is married to Milagros Serrano Genuino from San Jose, Camarines Sur. He was formerly married to the late Atty. Violeta Calvo Drilon, with whom he has two children, Eliza Drilon-Luna and Patrick Drilon.
